A.Purpose
Applying microscope (optical, SEM, EDS) to investigate the metal micro structure which cause by manufacture process or in-service.
B.Application
Using the optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) or energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) to examine the metal micro structure, such as phase transformation, grain size, inclusion, decarburization, hardening depth, or material characterization and failure analysis.
